What can I expect during my first consultation? Initial consultations are typically 60 minutes. During your initial session, we’ll review your eating habits and lifestyle factors including social life, work hours, family responsibilities, exercise, and health history (i.e. health conditions, medications). Then assist you in setting realistic long-term and short-term goals.. We finish the appointment with an individualized nutrition plan to get you closer to your goals. Your second appointment will be scheduled at the end of the session and is typically 4-6 weeks out or sooner.
What do I need to bring for my first appointment? You will need to provide your insurance card, ID, and any updated medical reports. Why do I need to provide a credit card?
We require a credit card to secure your appointment to ensure fairness for all our clients and to minimize last-minute cancellations or no-shows. This helps us allocate time and resources effectively, ensuring that everyone gets the best possible service. Rest assured, your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy, and your information is kept secure.
What is your cancellation/late policy?
As a courtesy to accommodate other clients with your appointment slots, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance through the portal.
